House Hunters Housing

The University Town Center offers short term summer housing to assist UCSC students actively seeking housing in the off-campus community.  

Eligibility:

2023-24 returning and admitted UCSC students only

Accommodations:

All rooms have private bathrooms, kitchenettes with refrigerators, microwaves, and two stove top burners.

Rate:

$36.20 per night (per person)
(charges billed to student’s university account)

Reservations:

Housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis from Friday, June 30 to Friday, September 1, 2023
Space is subject to availability. 5 night maximum stay.
A minimum of 48-hour advance reservation is required.
