House Hunters Housing

The University Town Center (UTC) offers short term summer housing to assist UCSC students actively seeking housing in the off-campus community.  

Eligibility:

2024-25 returning and admitted UCSC students only. Students may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Accommodations:

• All rooms have private bathrooms, kitchenettes with refrigerators, microwaves, sinks, and two stove top burners. 
• No linens provided; bring towels, sleeping bag, pillow or other bedding. Bed size is twin XL.
• The rental rate is for a bed space, not a whole room, and student may be assigned to a room with others.

Rate:

$37.49 per person per night
(charges billed to student’s university account)

Reservations:

Housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis from Friday, June 28 to Saturday, September 1, 2024. 

Space is subject to availability. 5 night maximum stay.

A minimum of 48 business-hour (Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm) advance reservation is required.
