The University Town Center (UTC), located on the corner of Pacific and Cathcart streets in downtown Santa Cruz, houses students amidst all that downtown has to offer. Continuing, transfer, and re-entry students are eligible to live here. more »
Graduate Student Housing
Graduate Student Housing is an intimate community housing just 82 students. The apartments are set in a beautifully landscaped natural environment located adjacent to "Science Hill", home to many of the campus' main academic facilities. more »
Family Student Housing
Offers apartments for students and their families. It is located on the west side of campus and is situated on the hills overlooking the Monterey Bay and the redwood forest. more »
