Rate Saver 2023-24

2022-23 UCSC students who qualify to reside at Family Student Housing (FSH) and who make Family Student Housing their home for 2023-24 will automatically be eligible for a rate discount.

How do you take advantage of offer

• Current FSH residents can continue residing at FSH and will receive the Rate Saver monthly rate.
• Eligible 2022-23 UCSC students need only apply to FSH and take residence at any point during summer 2023 or during the 2023-24 academic year. You'll automatically receive the discount.

Family Student Housing Rates

(July 1, 2023-June 30, 2024)

Residents are responsible for gas, electrical, and telephone services. Water, refuse collection, cable television, parking, and internet access are included in the monthly rent.

Conditions of Family Student Housing Rate Saver:

• Rate Saver is available during the 2023-24 lease term / year only and will expire on June 30, 2024.
• Rate Saver is available to any UCSC student who is eligible to live at FSH, and who entered UCSC prior to summer 2023.

Note: The standard 2023-24 FSH monthly rate is applicable to any new UC Santa Cruz student, admitted to UCSC after the 2022-23 academic year, and eligible to reside at Family Student Housing during the 2023-24 academic year (summer 2023 or later).
