Coffee, coffee, coffee...
UCSC drinks plenty, in fact we buy over 4,750 pounds of coffee every year. In addition to offering our Fair Trade Direct CAN coffee, we now brew 100% fair trade organic Peerless brand which is a richer, more robust blend than previously served. Dining has been busy installing new coffee brewing equipment in all dining halls, Perk Coffee Bars, and dining-operated restaurants and cafes. [read
