Capital Planning and Construction

CUHS Capital Planning and Construction staff work with Physical Planning and Construction and the campus office of Capital Planning to develop the program for all CUHS Housing, Dining and Childcare projects, as well as capital improvements to existing facilities. 

Construction and Renovation Projects

The Director and staff represent the CUHS units in the selection of the design teams, development of project designs, schedules and budgets, and monitors the construction and renovations of CUHS facilities.
