Transfer Students

Incoming transfer students requesting university housing will reside at the Transfer Community, regardless of college affiliation. The Transfer Community is perfectly situated on campus to provide easy access to Services for Transfer and Re-Entry Students (STARS) and the Academic Resource Center (ARC). Students live at the Transfer Community for their first quarter to full academic year, at which time they may choose to move to another university housing community. more»

Graduate Students

Graduate Student Housing is an intimate community housing just 82 students, and is home to a very diverse population, including students from all over the United States as well as many foreign countries. more»

Students with Family

Family Student Housing offers a unique living experience for students and their families. It is located on the west side of campus and is situated on the hills overlooking the Monterey Bay and the redwood forest. more»

Visiting Students

Education Abroad Program (EAP) students can choose to apply to live at their affiliated college, The Village, or University Town Center. Many visiting students are interested in living at the International Living Center (PDF) - students who wish to live at the International Living Center (ILC) must be affiliated with either College Nine or College Ten.

Off-campus Students

The Community Rentals Office provides listings of available rentals in the off-campus community, in addition to basic tenant/landlord advising, rental agreements, forms, and referrals. more»
