Operations Support Coordinator

• The Facilities Access Coordinator, Martin Ellison, in conjunction with the Housing Coordinators at the various residential locations, is responsible for the operation, security and on-going improvements of the key system for CUHS facilties.
• The Facilities Access and Support Assistant, Grace Gallego primarily assists in the day-to-day operation of the key and other facilities access systems.

• Silas Snyder is the Safety, Training and Resource Conservation Coordinator. He works collaboratively with many University staff to develop safety trainings, promote safe disposal of universal and hazardous wastes, reducing waste by promoting reuse and green purchasing, expand our energy and water conservation programs and develop a professional training program for the facilities staff.

Trades and Projects Coordinator

Trades and Projects Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the Dining Facilities and carpentry Group.The day-to-day maintenance of dining facilities and equipment is done by the Dining Facilities Group. They are also responsible for small renovation projects and installation of new equipment, as well as providing input and guidance with any large-scale renovation project.

• Planning and construction of small scale renovation projects is preformed by the Carpentry Group. This team is also responsible for consulting on major maintenance projects and maintaining the warehouse and carpenter’s shop.

Major Maintenance Coordinator

• The Major Maintenance Program is managed by Major Maintenance Coordinator with the assistance of the Trades and Projects Coordinator, Zone Coordinators, the Dining Facilities Group and the Carpentry Group.
