Project Description

The 19 Townhomes at the Hagar Meadow Planned Unit Development are located (PDF) in the northern portion of the existing Faculty and Staff Housing area. They were constructed in 1992. As with all UC Santa Cruz for-sale properties, the land is leased from the University and there are numerous project restrictions embedded in the governing documents.
