Project Description

The 50 Condominiums at Hagar Court are located in the south eastern portion of the existing Faculty and Staff Housing area. They were constructed in 1981 and remodeled in 2003. As with all UC Santa Cruz for-sale properties, the land is leased from the University and there are numerous project restrictions embedded in the governing documents.
