Instructions for Online Housing Listing system
Our system produces the best results when used with Internet Explorer.
Password Requests
All users must request a password before beginning to search. Different kinds of users will receive their password in different ways.
Continuing and newly admitted students, and current faculty and staff:
- Log into the system via the above link.
- On the login screen, enter your UCSC e-mail account, do not enter any password, check the password request box and submit.
- Go to your UCSC e-mail account, retrieve password.
- Return to login screen, enter e-mail and password and begin searching.
NOTE: Newly admitted students are eligible to access the Listings once their “Statement of Intent to Register” is processed by the Admissions Office and they have set up their UCSC e-mail account.
System Features
Once you have a password, you can use the system to:
- Search for available rental housing
- Sign up for e-mail notification when rentals match your search
- Sign up as an available housemate
- Search for housemates to fill your room
Don’t have a UCSC e-mail account?
If you are new faculty, staff, or another eligible affiliate (see Eligibility Page) you will need to request a temporary password. This password will not have access to housemate matching or e-mail notification of auto-matched postings.
