The Community Rentals Office is a resource center for UCSC students, faculty, and staff living off-campus in the Santa Cruz community. An extensive online rental listings database is accessible to all eligible individuals looking for a rental. We also serve as an online informational resource center for matters relating to renting off campus. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Guiding Principles to learn more about us and our mission.
New to renting or to California? Take the online Renters’ Workshop to learn how to conduct an effective housing search, how to be a good neighbor, and what you should know about your rights and responsibilities as a tenant.
Have a vacancy? Landlords can post a rental listing for FREE. Your listing will be automatically e-mailed to a tenant when it matches their search parameters. Those with rooms to rent can also search for a housemate.
Looking for a rental? UCSC affiliates can search rentals. Available rentals are updated Monday through Friday.
