Community Rentals Office
The Community Rentals Office is a resource center for UCSC students, faculty, and staff living off campus in the Santa Cruz community. An extensive online rental listings database is accessible to all eligible individuals looking for housing. We also serve as an online informational resource center for matters relating to renting off campus. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Guiding Principles to learn more about us and our mission.
New to renting or to California? Take the online Renters’ Workshop and learn how to conduct an effective housing search, about different contracts and forms, and what you should know about your rights and responsibilities as a tenant.
Have a vacancy? Landlords can post a rental listing for FREE. Your listing will be automatically e-mailed to a tenant when it matches their search parameters. Eligible UCSC affiliates with rooms to rent can also search for a housemate.
Looking for a rental? UCSC faculty, staff, and students can search our rentals. Available rentals are updated Monday through Friday.
